HD Faculty is a full service management, consulting and research faculty that specialize in creating products and solutions for its clientele or their respective client that requires research, development and deployment of market niche products as well as providing administrative, technical, commercial and other services and facilities that help them to reach their respective goals and objectives.

Ownership. As at the date hereof, HD Faculty is a Canadian privately controlled corporation.

Governing Laws. HD Faculty is registered pursuant to the provisions of the Canadian Business Corporation Act, and operates internationally; therefor[e] it is subject to ordinances, statues, rules, regulations and statutory requirements of the Countries wherein it is conducting its business affairs.

Mandate. HD Faculty is mandated to provide "The S.M.A.R.T. Management People!™, Checyle™ and MIAFOS™ products and services through a series of specialized faculties

Mission. HD Faculty mission is: (a) to provide a series of specialized faculties that operate within their respective mandate through a team of internal and external experts and independent contractors with various skills, experiences and disciplines to meet the specific needs of its clientele; (b) to provide secretarial, administrative, technical, commercial, and other services and facilities of all kinds for its clientele; and (c) to make payments by way of subvention or otherwise and any other arrangements that may seem desirable with respect to any business or operations of, or generally with respect to any such client.
