HD Faculty is required to established and maintain the below-cited six (6) permanent committees to aid and assist in the execution of its duties and responsibilities. From time to time the committees consist of HD Faculty's directors, but a majority of the respective committee is required to be external members. The respective committee is required to make known their meeting agendas, minutes and documents in a timely manner to the Board of Directors.
