MIAFOS™ infrastructure products and services supplied to the government, organization, institution and corporation and closely held agencies are accomplished in a cost effective manner, which includes shared processing services, shared application management services, data and voice communication products and services, and other MIAFOS™ compliance services;

MIAFOS™ interfaces with central financial systems;

Providing MIAFOS™ compliance guidance, monitoring and reporting systems of control pertaining to procurement, process, procedure, and policy; and

Compliance Mandate. HD Faculty's “compliance mandate” requires, from time to time, that senior management ensures that there is a clearly defined set of rules and regulations in place that sets out the relationship between HD Faculty, its directors, officers, shareholders, and investors. The said shall provide protection for creditors, and clearly and concisely define the circumstance in which HD Faculty will be bound by acts done or purported to have been done on its behalf.
