Professional Development Programs. HD-FIRD strives to improve the respective IN-HC for and on of its clients ("government and/or organization"), or their respective sub-agency’s capability by upgrading professional staff skills, which programs seek to modify the participant’s:

a.

Behaviour,

b.

Knowledge level, and/or

c.

Attitudes.

Recognized capability . HD Faculty's designated team has a recognized capability for planning and implementing effective:

a.

Program planning studies;

b.

Feasibility studies;

c.

Technical resource identification and selection;

d.

Dedicated training (including train-the-trainer);

e.

Program evaluation;

f.

Training material development; and

g.

Communication medium methods-design and selection.

Shared Risk Basis. HD-FIRD works extensively on a no-cost up-front, shared risk basis, in assisting a client to:

a.

identify and secure appropriate program funding,

b.

document the need for a program, and

c.

develop a workable program solution approach.
