Pursuant to the provisions of the Charter, HD Faculty is permitted “to draw, make, accept, endorse, discount, negotiate, execute and issue cheques, bills of exchange, promissory notes, bills of lading, warrants, debentures, and other negotiable or transferable instruments”.
