Organization Structure. Unless otherwise overridden, HD Faculty has been authorized to have a Board of Directors, supported by six (6) committees, a Chairman, a Managing Director, C.E.O., President, Vice Presidents, Secretary, and Treasurer. In order to achieve its special purpose objectives, HD Faculty is divided into three (3) divisions, namely, (1) service industries and capital projects, (2) information and communication technologies, and (3) research and development.

Notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing, the service industries and capital projects division is subdivided into four (4) business units, thereby creating a total of six (6) business service units.  Therefore, from time to time, the presiding directors and managing officers are required to ensure that HD Faculty's respective divisions and its supporting management faculties possess all the key elements and employ the most skilled personnel, equipped with the most advanced cutting-edge operating systems and programs, in a safe and trusted environment.
